As more and more companies adopt remote work options and increased flexibility for employees, HR Strategies must adapt to the changing pattern of the workforce by becoming more accessible and convenient for these dispersed teams. Remote work offers a number of benefits to Organizations and its employees.

With the advent of COVID-19, most employees have already developed a habit of working from home and they're enjoying the flexibility offered by remote work. Recent studies show that 42% of remote workers have the plan to work remotely more often than they currently do over the next 5 years. 80% of employees want to work from home at least some part of the time. And most companies are getting on board as well. So, while remote working has its benefits, measures will need to be taken by companies and their HR teams to ensure better team engagement, team collaboration and potentially seek help to make for an easier transition. Companies will have to develop the right mix of cloud computing solutions, business apps, mobile tools, unified communications, project management tools, and video conferencing software to face these challenges.

  2. In my opinion any company can go remote but they need tools for communication, such as a virtual pbx phone system, an internal chat tool to speak in real time to their employees, and lastly a CRM system to have all employees be on the same page with the customers.

    Without those types of tools, your business will suffer, but with them you can do the same work you can remotely as you can in office.
